The kite school is equipped with the latest Duotone equipment for teaching and rentals. FKB employs a great team of qualified instructors ready to teach all disciplines of kiting, with lessons available in six different languages.

We offer several accommodation options – from bungalows, to villas to glamping tents. We offer kitesurfing lessons – from beginner courses to advanced coaching, kite trips, a kite shop, kite repair and also offer kite rentals. We can arrange bike and motorcycle rentals or sightseeing trips for you. You can also indulge in a massage, yoga class or explore the lagoon by kayak or SUP, and in winter there are dolphin and whale watching tours too. 

When establishing Kitesurfing Lanka we wanted to make a difference. We have been able to positively change a sleepy little fishing village and create a new industry in Sri Lanka, giving hope and jobs to those who had none. Kite Center Sri Lanka is located on the premises of the Elements Beach & Nature Resort near Talawila, approximately 25 km south of the Kalpitiya Lagoon. The Kappalady flat water lagoon and the Indian Ocean are both right at the Kite Centre, so no daily driving required. Best months for kitesurfing are May-September with the wind peaking in June, usually blowing 24/7. During winter the best months are December-March, with winds picking up in the afternoons.  Accommodation is in the Elements Beach & Nature Resort in comfortable Villas facing the lagoon or Cabanas with garden or sea view. Elements also has a beach restaurant and bar and focuses on a clean and sustainable operation. 

Kite Center Sri Lanka offers lessons and courses at all levels including foil boarding for those who want to take kitesurfing to the next level. Faith Kiteboarding is the brand used for teaching and rental. No wind activities include: SUP, kayaking, dolphin watching, bicycle tours and wildlife safaris in the Wilpattu National Park.
