The Beekite Village Kitesurf Center is located in the small and dreamy fishing village of Praiado Macapà. We have been here for almost 10 years. Due to the beautiful and varied spot, Macapà is enjoying increasing popularity in the kite world year after year. Our centre and pousada is located right on the beach with an area of 5000 square metres. In 2020 we expanded our station with 11 beautiful beach chalets so you can stay right at the spot. All chalets have a small terrace and can sleep up to four people. We serve breakfast, consisting of lots of fresh fruits, delicious shakes, freshly baked bread and cold cuts in our breakfast area, also built in 2020. There is a small beach bar and restaurant at the kite stations where you can get fresh fruit shakes, açaí, fruit salad and dishes at lunchtime.

The Cabarete season is from December to August. The wind is modest in the morning and gains strength at midday under the influence of the trade wind. Beginners and intermediates can practice close in front of the centre, while more experienced kitesurfers can have fun in the waves at the reef. Here, the wind remains constant until April, so it's a great opportunity to enjoy the excellent conditions and spend time learning or progressing with our ION CLUB Sal team on the water! Our two centres are a perfect meeting point to go riding in different spots. ION CLUB Santa Maria centre is located on the beautiful beach of the fishing town. It’s the ideal place to go kitesurfing if you have an advanced level. Its unlimited water and soft sand offer perfect conditions to surf the Santa Maria vibe. If you have beginner or intermediate levels, you will love kiting at Kite Beach, 5 – 6 min by car from our centre .

The spot in front of the ION CLUB Santa Maria is offshore wind from the left, only adapted for experienced kitesurfers. Cape Verde is one of the best destinations for waves. The whole coast offers the best spots in the world for waves, and there are some for all levels. It will be your next playground for sure!

The Action Cruise runs catamaran kite and sail adventures of 1 week to 10 days to kite, foil and wing from a sailing catamaran in some of the best and secluded spots and islands in Greece, Sardinia and the Caribbean.  The catamarans are 45 to 50 ft, with three crew members on board, with safety boat for rescue and assistance. The Baja's season is from October until the end of April. Early in the season the winds are light and pick up after lunch.
