After a winter full of action and a lot of trips, it was time to visit the main capital of kiteboarding: Tarifa. Tarifa is a small town in the province of Cadiz, in Andalucia, Spain. It's a windy town and a place that every kiter knows about, but I have to say I love this place, especially at this time of year.
April has good temperatures, wind and waves. But the main thing is that you can kite where you want and also you don't need to fight to park your car, like in the summertime.
Tarifa has a lot of spots and if you are looking for waves it's important to know where to go. Svetlana and I were lucky that Abel Lago was around, it's been his home spot for many years so it's easy to just follow his car to get to the right place at the right time.
We are just staying here for a few days before heading down to Morocco and Dakhla again. The New Girl camp is coming up with Kiteboardingcamps, but first some play time.
These are some shots from the days in Tarifa. Give us more waves and wind!
