GKA X Brunotti

The GKA Kite World Tour joins forces with Brunotti in a new collaboration.

The GKA Kite World Tour joins forces with Brunotti in a new collaboration.

The GKA Kite World Tour is delighted to unveil a new tie-up with the renowned sports-focused brand, Brunotti.
The lifestyle brand has more than 40 years of experience producing unrivaled hardware and soft goods for a
range of sports.

Brunotti will provide the GKA Kite World Tour crew members with branded apparel that will be seen on
livestream screens and sun-kissed beaches across the world as they front the planet’s biggest and most exciting kiteboarding events.

The GKA Kite World Tour x Brunotti alliance will showcase the brand’s clothing as part of the thrilling show that
is an integral part of the battle for kiteboarding’s most coveted crowns—in Big Air, Freestyle, Kite-Surf, and
Hydrofoil Big Air.

Whether it is the truly breathtaking action of Big Air Twin-tip competition in Gran Canaria, Spain, the Kite-Surf
contests in the epic waves of Cape Verde’s Ponta Preta break, or Freestylers throwing down in Brazil’s
unmatched lagoons, Brunotti’s distinctive logo will be front and center.

GKA Kite World Tour x Brunotti is a marriage of shared values. Both brands highlight their full commitment to
sustainability—listing it among their highest priorities. Each regards it as a privilege to have the ocean as their
playground and do all in their power to protect it now and for future generations.

The GKA Kite World Tour uses its high profile and the star-power of world-class kiteboarding athletes to raise
awareness among younger generations, with ocean protection seminars and school visits, ocean and beach
clean-ups and by eliminating single use plastics during stops on the globe-trotting Qatar Airways GKA Kite
World Tour.

For its part, the Netherlands-based Brunotti is equally committed to minimizing its impact on the environment in
a host of ways across the board. Many of its “soft” products, like boardshorts and swim shorts, are made from
a high proportion of recycled materials, with targets aimed at increasing that percentage moving forward.

Brunotti limits the impact of its packaging by shipping in bulk, reusing cardboard boxes at its CO2-neutral
warehouse, while all its polybags are made of recycled plastics; giving just a taste of the lengths the brand
goes to protect the environment.

Dr. Jörgen Vogt, CEO of the GKA Kite World Tour, hailed the collaboration as a major step forward in the
presentation of kiteboarding. “We at the GKA and Qatar Airways GKA Kite World Tour are delighted to team up
with a storied and iconic brand like Brunotti,” said Dr. Vogt. “Our revered platform, speaking to kite-boarders the
world over, will showcase Brunotti in the best possible light.”

Henk Bergsma, CEO of Brunotti, also sees the alliance as a win-win: “We are thrilled to join forces with the
GKA Kite World Tour, the leading authority in the kitesurfing world. With over 40 years of experience, our brand
is dedicated to providing top-quality apparel that meets the world-class standards set by the GKA Kite World
Tour.”
