The giveaway runs from 26 October 2022 2pm UTC+1 to 14 December 2022 2pm UTC+1.

Winners will be contacted within 3 working days after each prize draw, via email.

The winners will be chosen at random.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

1. No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.
2. This giveaway is open to residents in the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Brazil, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Mauritius aged 18 years or over. Employees of Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, including but not limited to TheKiteMag, Duotone, Armstrong Foils, Lieuwe Boards, Ocean Rodeo, North Kiteboarding and Cabrinha, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
3. This giveaway will commence at 26 October 2022 2pm UTC+1 and all entries must be received by 1:59pm on the closing day of each respective prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
4. Entrants may submit only one entry.
5. To enter, entrants agree to be signed up to the marketing mailing lists of TheKiteMag, Duotone, Armstrong Foils, Lieuwe Boards, Ocean Rodeo, North Kiteboarding and Cabrinha.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
8. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winners will be notified via email within 3 days of each respective prize draw. The winner of each prize must claim their prize within 2 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
10. To obtain details of the winner please email [email protected] stating the name of the giveaway in the subject heading 4 weeks after the closing date.
11. By entering this giveaway, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this giveaway and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented, and consent to being added to marketing mailing lists of TheKiteMag, Duotone, Armstrong Foils, Lieuwe Boards, Ocean Rodeo, North Kiteboarding and Cabrinha and agree to accept marketing emails from TheKiteMag, Duotone, Armstrong Foils, Lieuwe Boards, Ocean Rodeo, North Kiteboarding and Cabrinha. Each brand handles your data in accordance with their respective privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
12. The Promoter will not give out or sell any data submitted to any 3rd party beyond those listed in these terms.
13. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. You acknowledge that all information and material that you submit to enter this Promotion is submitted to the Promoter and not Facebook, Instagram or TikTok and you agree that Facebook, Instagram or TikTok shall not be liable to you in any way in respect of this Promotion.
14. The main prize winners agree that TheKiteMag can share their first name and city/country publicly. The winners also agree to send TheKiteMag hi-resolution photos taken in good light that contain the winner with their prize. The winners further grant TheKiteMag permission to share this on social media and via other media that TheKiteMag controls. The winners further agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
15. By entering the giveaway each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
